Yogic postures, pranayama (breathing techniques) and meditation are a holistic fitness package. Keeping this in mind, VIPS has initiated Yoga classes from 16th January, 2018 in the Vivekananda Hall from 3-4 and 4-5, daily. The classes are free and open to the the students and faculty members.
Its a delight to see the participation of students, teachers and the administrative staff in making conscious efforts towards strengthening their spiritual, emotional, physical and mental well-being by practicing Yoga.
