For any institution to run successfully, we need dynamic leaders_ Keeping this in mind, we have six main Heads/Deans who form a team to provide students with the best of education_ They are:
Prof. Anuradha Jain
Dean, Vivekananda School of Business Studies
Anuradha Jain is a Gold Medalist from University of Bombay, having more than 18 years of teaching experience, Her areas of specialization are International Trade and International Business, With Economics as her core area of academic research, Dr lain has been invited for various national and international conferences and has numerous research papers to her credit in various diverse areas. She had coordinated Cultural Festival, ANUGOONJ, for seven years and was awarded Best Zonal Coordinator by the GGSlPU for three consecutive years (2007-2009). She has been invited as an Expert. in Economics in Selection Board for State Civil Services by Various State Public Service Commissions_ She has exemplary exposure of distinct positions at VIPS, such as Dean, Academics; Dean, Examination; Chairperson. Anti Ragging Committee.
Prof. Charu Lata Singh
Dean, Vivekananda School of Journalism and Mass Communication
Charu Lata Singh possesses around 20 years of industry and teaching experience with more than eight years of administrative experience, She has parallel qualifications in Political Science and Journalism and Mass Communication, She is a doctorate in Political Science from HP University with M Phil and NET in Journalism & Mass Communication. She was awarded JRF for the same. She specializes in Politics, Media Laws, Development Communication and Communication Research. She has presented papers in various International and National conferences seminars. Prof. Singh has three books to her credit along with various other publications in reputed Journals. She is resource person and consultative member to various universities. She is also member of Board of Studies of Apeejay Institute,Dwarka. She is a Life Member of various professional bodies.
Prof. (DR.) Meenakshi Gandhi

Professor – Entrepreneurship & Marketing
Research Interests - Women Leadership, Empowerment and Entrepreneurship
Dr.Meenakshi Gandhi has a rich academic work experience of over 16 years in the areas of Teaching, Training, Research, Academic administration, Institution building, faculty development & Program management. She is an invited expert to academic staff colleges across the country and universities for taking expert sessions on training faculty for better teaching outcomes as well as research development.
A keen researcher, her interest areas are Entrepreneurship, Women leadership in Higher Education, Enhancing quality of higher education and employability skills. She is responsible for teaching entrepreneurship & strategy courses at postgraduate level, of which subjects include Enterprise Formation, Enterprise Development, Small Business Consulting and International Business Consulting. Her research interests include entrepreneurship education and growth in small firms. She has published six books and over 30 research papers in journals and presented her research work at various national and international conferences including IIM Ahmedabad, IIT Delhi, MDI, IMT Ghaziabad, AIMA and others. She is Ph.D thesis examiner for a few universities and served as the Session Chair for the International journal of Arts & sciences Conference held at Ryerson University, Toronto May 2013, 21st Century Academic forum at Harvard among others. She is a life member of the Delhi management Association, Commerce & management Association of India and on the review panel of various international and national journals.
Prof. Rashmi Salpekar
Dean, Vivekananda Law School
Rashmi Salpekar is Ph.D. in International Law (Fellow, ICSSR), Master in Human Rights and Duties, and M.A. Sociology. Her specialization is Public International Law, and its various branches. Dr. Salpekar has been invited as a speaker in national and international conferences including 15th International Symposium organized by Australian Institute of Victimology and Western Australia University at Perth. Australia and 14th International Symposium organized by WSV at The Hague. She has published various papers in research journals and has been invited to judge well known moot court competitions including Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot Competition and Henery Dunant Moot Court Competition. She has carried out an Empirical Research on "Right of Farmers and Land Acquisition" found by ICSSR. She is life member of ISIL, New Delhi, Honorary Executive Member of All India Law Teachers Congress and a Member of World Society of Victimology.
Prof. Shilpa Khatri Babbar
Dean, External Relations and Protocol
Shilpa Khatri Babbar is a professor in sociology and has done her past-graduation and doctorate from Delhi School of Economics, Her area of specialization is Medical Sociology, Currently she is working on the transgender with a wider focus on the marginalized segments of the society. Apart from teaching, she holds various administrative positions at VIPS such as the Chairperson, Internal Complaints Committee (Sexual Harassment), VIPS. She has initiated the idea of Inter-Disciplinary Research Colloquium and Model United Nations at VIPS and is currently the Faculty Convener of the two societies_ She has published various papers in the National and International Journals, Prof.Babbar is a Life Member, Indian Sociological Society; Member, World Lung Foundation - South Asia; and a Visitor's nominee in the Board of Management,Babasaheb Bhimrao Ambedkar University, Lucknow.
Prof. Supriya Madan
Dean, Vivekananda School of Information Technology
Supriya Madan started in 1989 as a senior programmer and EDP manager of a reputed public limited finance company. Her unyielding passion for IT field propelled her in developing software for various organizations including export houses, hospitals and schools and with her expertise was also engaged as consultant with automation companies. After gaining practical knowledge and successful completion of projects, her zeal and enthusiasm for teaching brought her into full time academics in the year 2000. In her quest for knowledge, she has actively participated in conferences and seminars. Her research work has been published in reputed national and international Journals and is also quoted as references, Dr. Supriya has versatile experience and is an erudite scholar in her own right. Her association with the field of Information Technology is a testimony of her fruitful and ongoing journey.
